Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card (HKID) Photos
The Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) is issued by the Immigration Department of Hong Kong. Permanent residents receive a Permanent Identity Card (PI Card). Photos for the HKID are different from Hong Kong passport photos.
