Passport Renewal (Form DS-82)
- Complete Form DS-82 if you meet the passport renewal requirements.
- Children under 16 cannot renew using DS-82 — they must use Form DS-11.
- Online renewal is available for eligible applicants via the US Passport Online Renewal portal.
