...We are writing to inform you about the upcoming closure of the photo department at all Costco locations on Sunday, February 14, 2021.
Costco’s home movie video transfer, passport photo, photo restoration, and ink cartridge refill services will no longer be available after February 14, 2021.
Order your passport photos with us! Our prices are Costco-like, and the quality of our service is also at par with Costco. Plus, unlike Costco passport photos, we can help you with passport photos for the UK, China, India, and any country on Earth. Try us out.
Online Passport Photo is Easy
1. Take a photo at home and upload it with your order.
Take a photo at home in good natural light. We will fix the exposure, and background, and will do the necessary color correction.
2. We process your photo
We will crop the photo in the right size for your country, and fix the exposure, background, and will do the necessary color correction.
3. Your Passport Photos are ready!

As we know, the Costco
Passport photo service used to be the cheapest. If you need only 2 photos, you
could get them at any Costco store for around $5. As Costco is no longer our competitor, we can say that we are the cheapest passport photo provider now! On the order, you can select to get photos on a 4x6 inch print which you can still get printed online at Costco.com to get Costco's traditionally the best photo printing among all local stores. We will give you 6 or 8 passport photos for most countries for a low price of $8.95.
Also, Costco didn't provide passport photos in 35 x 45mm size for UK, Germany, Canada, Mexico, EU -Schengen or Australia, nor 33x48 mm photos for China or 35 x 25mm photos for India Pan card at Costco stores. We can help you with passport or visa photos for any country - printed or digital photo. Many countries, like USA non-immigrant visa DS 160, Lottery visa, Canada Visa, or India OCI ask for digital images. Costco wasn't useful for that. We can do all that for you, and we can also mail photos to your home, so you don't even need to enter a crowded Costco store, or wait in lines!

Pros:
Biggest problem: They no longer offer Passport photos at stores or online at costco.com.
Passport Photos at FedEx Office stores aka Kinko's: We are not much familiar with the Passport Pictures service at Kinko's. If you have any experiences, please let us know and we would like to share them for the benefit of our readers. Looks like their charges are on the higher end $10 to $15 for 2 passport photos.

Pros:
- Costco offered 2 photos for $5 which was lower than onlinepassportphoto.com prices if you needed only two photos.
- The process was simple. Go to the store and get photos taken by a Costco photo center employee.
- You could get photos for the US Passport while you were shopping inside the store..
Biggest problem: They no longer offer Passport photos at stores or online at costco.com.
- Costco requires membership so only Costco members can benefit from this. Costco membership is $60 for general membership and $120 for Executive membership. Costcos are only in large cities.
- If you are driving say 10 miles to go to Costco just to get your passport photos, you will be spending around $10 as per GSA per mile cost of $.50 by US Government.
- Besides your driving time, you will be expected to wait around an hour since you entered the store and left the store with finished photos.
- f you need more than 2 passport photos, onlinepassportphoto.com offers better prices- $8.95 for 6 US Passport photos and $9.95 for 12 USA Passport photos.
- Costco offers only 2x2 inch US Passport photos. OnlinePassportPhoto.com offers passport photos for almost any country (including the UK, Germany, India, China, Korea, Australia, Canada, etc.) and in any size. You can also order 35x45mm photos for the UK, Australia, and Europe, or 33x48mm photos for China Passport, or 35x35mm photos for Indian Passport.
