Netherlands (Dutch) Passport Photos
Dutch passport photos look like standard Schengen 35×45mm photos but have an important difference: the required head size is smaller — 26–30mm vs. 31–34mm for most Schengen countries. Most services miss this and produce the wrong proportions.
